Apple care is ok. I've had more issues with the apple store than I'd care to especially when paying for a warranty.

Good to have I think. You know your item is covered if anything should happen to the purchase item

Not easy to find at Best Buy. There was a warehouse count issue at Best Buy store. Service at best but store was poor

I would highly recommend AppleCare I’ve had to use it once in the past process went fairly smoothly

AppleCare is one of those things that is great on one side and not so great on the other side. The great thing about apple care is the "free repairs". But to call them free is kind of not true since your paying for the coverage plan. But the not so great thing about apple care is, you still have to pay a fee on top of the monthly coverage if you lose your apple item. However this is my opinion and the service as a whole is great,

Apple care+ through totaltech is absolutely worth it. Read the fine print for each product.

Apple care isn't necessary and they don't cover as much anymore.

I rather have Best Buy protection over AppleCare+. I always get the run around with Apple.

Best Buy doesn’t honor apple care was told I need to go to an Apple Store from the geek squad in The Woodlands, Tx.. At that point there is no reason for me to purchase things from Best Buy. On purchase it was an up sale where my daughter and I were told how easy it is use in store.

Huge fan of Applecare! Tech support at Apple has always been one of their strongest features. And getting Applecare for free as a Totaltech member makes this a no brainer.

Highly recommend supplementing this with any high valued apple product as accidents happen and having this as backup can be a saver during those uh oh moments

When I bought my new IPhone 15 pro the apple employee told me not to buy a screen protector because I got apple care and could replace me screen for Less money, however when I broke my screen I went to Apple at the Solomon Pomd Mall in Hudson Massachusetts and they wouldn’t Honor the apple care service I purchased to repair the screen. They dug into the fine print to find a legal loophole to deny me. The joke is on apple since at that moment I decided to buy a Dell laptop instead of a MacBook Pro. Every decision you make has a consequence ;-).

Best Buy protection is always a great choice. I wanted to make sure that I have the security of knowing that if something happens, it gets resolved.

I always recommend getting Apple care plus, especially from Best But. Any little accident can be fixed fir a low rate, either at Apple or Best Buy

They broke down after a few months of use unfortunately

I really don’t like Apple care when it is sold at another store. I won’t ever do that again. Next time I will get it from Apple themselves. I couldn’t hear well with mine and tried to take them to Best Buy I was told I would get quicker service from an Apple Store instead

There are better protection companies with better selection of care.

With total tech membership, I try and purchase all my Apple products at Best Buy especially during sales. Best use of your money.
