    AppleCare actually sucks I have AppleCare until November 2024, but when you go on the chat, they say you do not have

    Covers the hardware damage and thats really the only issue you would want covered in my opinion. Beauty damages are not covered but i mean as long as the phone functions its good enough for me

    I hate AppleCare with every fiber of my being and you can’t not buy it. But be aware if you have to file a claim they REQUIRE you have a credit card or debit card that they put a hold on until the process your returned item. Ours was $950 for a phone replacement. And if you don’t have 950$ to put on hold you cannot make a claim. And to top it off terrible customer service. Took over a week just to file a claim.

    After calling them twice two days apart when i was having trouble transfering everything from my mom’s old iphone to her new one, they straight up left me hanging when they couldn’t help me. After being transferred between multiple representatives and trying different methods they finally transferred me to a “supervisor” who without warning dropped my call on my cellphone and disconnected from my mom’s new phone which she was remotely controlling. I was left completely dry, Apple needs to do better!
