Apple care isn't necessary and they don't cover as much anymore.

I rather have Best Buy protection over AppleCare+. I always get the run around with Apple.

Huge fan of Applecare! Tech support at Apple has always been one of their strongest features. And getting Applecare for free as a Totaltech member makes this a no brainer.

Not easy to find at Best Buy. There was a warehouse count issue at Best Buy store. Service at best but store was poor

Highly recommend supplementing this with any high valued apple product as accidents happen and having this as backup can be a saver during those uh oh moments

Best Buy protection is always a great choice. I wanted to make sure that I have the security of knowing that if something happens, it gets resolved.

I always recommend getting Apple care plus, especially from Best But. Any little accident can be fixed fir a low rate, either at Apple or Best Buy

When I bought my new IPhone 15 pro the apple employee told me not to buy a screen protector because I got apple care and could replace me screen for Less money, however when I broke my screen I went to Apple at the Solomon Pomd Mall in Hudson Massachusetts and they wouldn’t Honor the apple care service I purchased to repair the screen. They dug into the fine print to find a legal loophole to deny me. The joke is on apple since at that moment I decided to buy a Dell laptop instead of a MacBook Pro. Every decision you make has a consequence ;-).

They broke down after a few months of use unfortunately

I really don’t like Apple care when it is sold at another store. I won’t ever do that again. Next time I will get it from Apple themselves. I couldn’t hear well with mine and tried to take them to Best Buy I was told I would get quicker service from an Apple Store instead

There are better protection companies with better selection of care.

With total tech membership, I try and purchase all my Apple products at Best Buy especially during sales. Best use of your money.

Best Buy doesn’t honor apple care was told I need to go to an Apple Store from the geek squad in The Woodlands, Tx.. At that point there is no reason for me to purchase things from Best Buy. On purchase it was an up sale where my daughter and I were told how easy it is use in store.

I always get apple care, it is so worth the money. You basically have a worry free guarantee that you will almost def use

Don’t like the monthly bill. Feel like the Apple Watch should be guaranteed

I will not buy this from Best Buy again. I purchased AppleCare when I purchased my 2019 27" iMac, and 2 weeks before it ran out the fusion drive died. It took 6 weeks to replace the fusion drive via BestBuy's Geek Squad and send back to Best Buy's Geek Squad, who then decided there was still something wrong, so sent back to Apple. Sigh. Apple then decided since I'd upgraded the original memory my newly renewed AppleCare+ was invalidated. They refused to work on it and sent back to Geek Squad. I took it to a local repair shop and THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG with it. They were able to restore from my backup drive (Geek Squad couldn't figure it out).

I buy a lot from Best Buy. Thankfully I didn’t have to use this plan but I know it will be an asset to have.

We love that Best Buy's Geek Squad is applecare+ certified. They fixed a minor Iphone difficulty quickly.
