Disappointed customer

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although I like this product I had total tech and all the products that I’ve purchased are supposed to be covered some representative canceled my accounts while I was waiting for a supervisor to follow up with me now my refrigerator televisions everything that I purchase for my new home is no longer under warranty because someone dropped the ball and have yet to receive a call from management. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service that I have received from Best Buy

Not for the watch

I had an issue with my watch they have been unable to replicate at the store, so they can't do anything about it. I even went to the Apple Store and they had to send it off, but still nothing. Continue to have the issue and no fix.

Great Value Best Buy Protection plan.. not worth

Didn't Last 6 Months

Will need to contact Best Buy about a replacement. We'll see how Apple Care+ works.
