    It's costly and a chance you take I've had many Apple products that have had to be repaired but usually within the regular warranty time or after the 24 months

    I just had my video card replaced. Apple care took care of that cost in my Mac laptop

    AppleCare+ is a wise purchase. Even though Apple products rarely fail, if you do have a problem AppleCare+ will quickly pay for itself. Also, with AppleCare+ you get quick and covered access to Apple Tech Support included. That can be important if you are transferring data from an older computer to a new one.

    Good support for the items purchased. I suggested the sales rep ask the customer before because the Macbook Air I bought didn't come with this subscription and was added without my approval.
