    Mg MacBook Air is going to have to be sent out for 2-4 weeks to get my screen fixed after I was told it had a puncture in it

    Apple care + and there is another one I know but shall not be named. One plan is for letting you know how sorry apple can be for not covering your'e product and another is so they can punish you with extra charges for doing something that you might forget to be careful enough at the moment or natural order of damage.

    This is one of the reasons I became a TotalTech member - plus Apple gives addition options to extend the 24 month coverage.

    Customer service made me cancel my membership and I automatically lost my Apple Care for my one year old MacBook Air 13!!! No explanation or information about what I was paying for until I found out that about the charge of $197.09 and $199 from the past year that I didn’t know about !!! lThe lady I talked to she never explained anything to me or told about ! I am super disappointed and unsatisfied big time!!! Horrible customer service

    It is good only for small issues but AppleCare has very poor communication. I was/am not happy with their service. I would take BestBuy membership over AppleCare.
