Can’t find who to talk to, to cancel it

I no longer have the phone that this plan was on and got a new plan for my upgrade. No one seems to know who I am supposed to talk to about cancelling it and now it shows I PURCHASED it the day it was to be cancelled. It’s ridiculous

Unable to remove plan without jumping through hoop

iPhone 12 Pro Max

I immediately purchased it. If I lose or my iPhone gets stolen, I have the peace of mind knowing it is covered. I can’t afford to replace my phone for $1,400 if something does happen to it.
