Great Buy Super Happy I would definitely recommend

This gives me the security that my family and myself was looking for

I’m only giving this one star because it has been THE hardest thing to cancel. I no longer have the phone that this plan was on and got a new plan for my upgrade. No one seems to know who I am supposed to talk to about cancelling it and now it shows I PURCHASED it the day it was to be cancelled. It’s ridiculous

Easy to use and well worth the money.used multiple times.

I feel it's a waste of money, especially if you take good care of your phone, never used the service.

I am not a fan of anything Apple, but my kids are, just a simple protection plan that is overpriced

Never worked for any of the phones I’ve had. When the phone breaks, it breaks and that is. Nothing covers.

Why do I buy these. I didn't even keep this phone for 6 months.

I was told if I lost or had a bad cord they would replace but that hasn’t been the case

This is an excellent product. No complaints. This is my first Apple Watch and so far loved it.

I tried to cancel my plan but it keeps appearing on my credit card.

Best Buy will not let you remove the plan without waiting on hold for a hour, finding your receipt and reading them a whole bunch of information they have directly in front of them.

AppleCare keeps wanting payment for this, again it is something they keep insisting that we pay for, which has already been paid for. :-(

I purchased the iPhone 12 Pro Max and the salesperson at Best Buy suggested I purchase Apple Care + Loss & Theft. I immediately purchased it. If I lose or my iPhone gets stolen, I have the peace of mind knowing it is covered. I can’t afford to replace my phone for $1,400 if something does happen to it.

Crazy not to have it. Always get to earn my Apple devices especially because I do not like to wear any cases.

Apple Care has great phone and online service and customer friendly for repeat customers with new purchases.

This program is a decent value as phone insurance goes. I took off a star because, thank goodness, I have not needed to go through the claim process.
