    You're mainly paying for the program. But nothing special. I only recommend to non computer tech knowledgeable persons. All others, this is really dumbed down for your grandma to use. But either way, it does the job. So I am not complaining.

    purchased this and tried with a new hard drive, it wouldnt boot up, not sure what went wrong, but i didnt like the design, seems like it could fall apart easily

    The software did not work. I contacted manufacturers support and they sent me a beta file to try. It didn't work either. Called them back again and they recommended me to try and download some free cloning software from the web.
