Aquaman is a good film but I would not call it great. Jason Momoa does a great job and adds some humor. Not that any superhero films are “real” but this one just seemed really “out there” to me. Reminded me of Avatar.

I was expecting a lot because it is a James Wan movie but Aquaman was average and heck maybe below average. Do not complain about humans ruining the earth and then you ruin the bottom of the ocean to all heck.

I had big hopes for Aquaman, because of the big box office sales. When I watched it though, it just did not live up to the hype. Good in some parts, but awful in others. Wonder Woman is still the best DC movie.

Aquaman is a great addition to the DCEU (DC Extended Universe). The film is pretty CGI heavy, but i felt it was executed well. Looks great in 4K HDR. I purchased this film on sale, and was delivered before the expected delivery date. Comes with a 4K blu ray disc, a blu ray disc, as well as a 4K UHD digital code that can be redeemed at Movies Anywhere.

I remember seeing this in theaters and feeling so good afterwards. I was curious if watching it on 4k UHD would do the same and guess what? It did! Such a fun movie. Jason Momoa's character is so cool and funny. No matter how bad he gets is but kicked, he keeps getting back up. Amber Heard is so hot. Great scenery. Thumbs up!

This is a really well done DC live action film. It has something for everyone. It had one or two corny scenes (MCU style humor.) - but it looks great and the action sequences are awesome. The video and audio on the 4K disc are top notch. The steelbook itself is beautiful and the best DC steelbook yet. I would highly recommend adding this title to your collection.

The cinematography in "Aquaman" is insanely brilliant!!! I had no idea how this movie would look since the story is mostly about an aquatic nation. I thoroughly enjoyed the chemistry between Jason Momoa Amber Heard. A huge thumbs up for keeping "The Island" vibe between Momoa and the great Temuera Morrison (Thomas Curry). An amazing movie!

Quite the underrated DC epic. Mamoa does outstanding as Aquaman. Plus Patrick Wilson, Kidman, and Dafoe only keep my eyes glued to the screen. Amber “she punches depp hard ya” Heard me is stupid hot. This reviewer is thirsty for interspecies fin action. Buy it if you like good action movies or of course are a nerd. Enjoy nerd.

Another comic book hero gets the big screen treatment. If you like the super-hero genera you're probably going to enjoy this movie. Good acting and a interesting script/plot. Nice light entertainment.

Nonstop entertainment and Jason at his best! The story was a bit rushed at times but the family aspect and touching scenes with Aquaman and his parents are done extremely well. If you are looking for a fun movie with nonstop action and a quality story based on family then this is a great movie to enjoy with family and friends.

Loved the movie before I saw it in 4K UHD. This is like icing on the cake. Our sound system likes the Dolby Atmos better than the dts master, and this product gives you a choice. YOU can choose whichever audio provide the better sound with your system. Best Buy had this for a good price and I always get good service.

I was very skeptical over Aquaman when it came out. Because DC has a bad habit of putting best scenes in previews and the movie becoming a dud. That didn't happen with Aquaman it actually came out really well and I enjoyed it! I was impressed that DC made a movie that kept to the original story as much as they could while making the character interesting.

Beautifully filmed. It was a joy to watch. Aquaman is a super of Superheroes as he fights against for right against wrong. It was a good take on the age old sibling rivalry. A must see.

Kind of come to expect this from DC films now sadly. The steelbook is better than the movie. Then again it’s a movie about a guy who can command sea creatures so maybe they did the best one can do.

This is just the best of those films the whole family can really immersed into for its visual pop and its creative story telling. Each member of my family completely enjoyed every minute. I was even influenced after watching it to track down all New 52 Graphic Novels from which one of the species in the movie was born.

Enjoyed the movie. Special effects were amazing. Watched it at home in 2 sittings. Very long movie that drags in certain parts. Fight scenes were over the top in a good way. Story was so so.

There is a lot going on in this movie! I wasnt quite sure what was happening till I watched it a second time. I felt like I was watching an under water world of Avatar, Tron and Star Wars...lol..

DC is getting better at making superhero movies. This movie was a good stand alone origin story with lots of adventure. The plot is a simple hero's journey with Atlantean politics sewn into it.

This is a very entertaining film. The visual representation is stunning! The HDR on this disc pops and the colors are amazing! If you have an Atmos setup, all speakers give a workout, from the ceiling speakers to the subwoofer. The is superior panning and dialouge is rendered perfectly in all scenes. Highly recommended!
