It's a fair to partly cloudy movie overall, but I'm old enough to remember that the comic book Aquaman didn't have a beard, and didn't have long hair. Am I showing my age here? But to be honest it was entertaining especially since I could watch it in the comfort of my own home.

This movie was a pleasant surprise, with a solid story, great characters and creative action throughout. Easily one of the best Superhero movies in the last few years with everything contained in one movie. There is no way you can't love Aquaman after watching this movie!

Great action, great comedy, only missed opportunity is that William Defoe doesn't turn to Mera and say "I taught him that." Watch the movie, you'll know exactly when I mean. The steelbook makes it fairly easy to get the dvd out without scratching the blu-ray, and vice versa.

Aqua man was very enjoyable and great movie to watch with the kiddos. The water effect and climax scenes were beautiful. Funny on some moment and action pack in other. The story line was short from growing up. But so much was pack in little time it needed to get the story out.

I loved this adaptation of Aquaman! Finally, the King of the Seven Seas gets a movie and a good one at that too. Jason Mamoa was born to play this role and does it with perfect execution. He part superhero part rock star. Love the supporting cast too, especially Nicole Kidman.

My rating is 90% about the packaging. Steelbook gives items like this the reason to buy movies in physical format. This is well made specially the art. As far as the movie goes I know it made a billion worldwide but at best I give it a 7 out of 10 due to the underwater scenes.

The movie did a great job in giving the history of Aquaman's beginning. Pretty sure there will be several more sequels. They could tone down the light show of the undersea cities, it was a bit much. All in all in was very entertaining and would definitely see future releases.

Aquaman is a first class action movie. Well worth watching. Plenty of action, drama, and humor. And a first rate cast, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Nicole Kidman, Temeura Morrison(Jango Fett), Patrick Wilson, Willem Dafoe, and Dolph Lundgren. Definitely one of the better DC films.

This a is great way for Aquaman to come into the cinematic universe. As a boy I love the comic books, you could buy 4 for a buck.... I think Hollywood is doing a great job staying true to the comics yet bringing their own twist to the origin stories. You will enjoy the film.

Aquaman was always my least favorite hero from the Super Friends erase I wasn't expecting much. DC has been lagging behind Marvel and I believe with this movie and WW they are catching up. Love the backstory and the action was quite a rush. I will never see Aquaman the same!

Let's start with my criticism: 1) OMG WHAT'S WITH THE OVERUSED 1990's CGI EVERYTHING? 2) Tried, marginally successfully, to introduce a character in one film who deserved at least two to do the job right. Now for the Praise: A worthy character, with a strong cast, and a welcome deviation from the tragic depression being suffered by the Snyderverse DCEU. Coloful, fun, and holy carp there's actually daylight?

Other then wonder woman this is the only other dc movie worth watching. I was very surprised by this movie because I wasn't expecting much after justice league. There is a lot of action and the underwater scenes look great. Its not on a marvel level but its worth watching.

Aquaman, the movie is filled with visual experiences like never before seen outside of dreams. The rich colors and settings are very pleasing whether CGI or on location filming. The banter between characters is threat. A welcome addition to the old superhero library.

I loved this movie! It is such a great movie especially for being DC. Comparatively DC is far worse than Marvel movies. But this SURPASSED all other DC movies just like Wonderwoman did. I am a collector of steel books and absolutely love the graphics and metal of the book.

I was glad to hear it would keep the imax ratio for Blu-ray Disc release. When in battle imax ratio is amazing it’s so clear and beautiful. The sound is as equal as picture, phenomenal! Also with this was Best Buy exclusive steel book which is super sexy! Thanks Best Buy!

Aquaman 3D is pure eye candy, and just fun to watch from beginning to end. The kids loved it, my wife and I did too. But the 3D on a Sony Z9D 75" is absolutely incredible, and like Avenger's Infinity War, looks better in 3D upscaled by the Z9D to 4K 3D than in regular 4K.

This was a grea movie and at a competitive price with Othe providers. I can't wait for the movie Alita battle Angel comes out in 4K and 3D combo pack. I wish Aquaman would have been packaged with a 3D and 4K as well. Once again great show lots of action with great cast.

Not many movies get released in 3D blu-ray anymore, but thankfully, this one is an exception. Aquaman continues the lightheartedness displayed in Wonder Woman, showing that DC Comics does know how to make a film that's fun! Having it in 3D is even better! Two thumbs up!

Outside of being a great fun movie, the 4K version provides superior color, detail and variances of black levels opposed to the Blue Ray version. Audio reproduction is excellent. Worth the extra few dollars if you are 4K ready or preparing to go that route in the future.

Aquaman is a fun movie! It’s a great jumping point from where we saw Arthur Curry last, in Justice League. Jason Mamoa shines yet again as the future King of Atlantis, and Amber Heard is perfect as Mera. This movie is action packed and full of excitement and laughs!
