The DCU has a mixed record. The Dark Knight trilogy is the masterpiece, but the attempts to reach the heights of the quality of the MCU have either fallen short or just outright failed. Wonder Woman & Aquaman are examples of DCU success. I hope they can continue it

Aquaman was a quite a surprise for me because the DC universe has a spotty track record at best. But I was blown away by the visuals and huge fun of the entire movie. Great action sequences and good villians put this up there with one of the best in the comic book genre

I bought this movie when it originally launched digitally and since bought the UHD Blu Ray as I'm one of the oddballs that prefers physical media. Honestly, the picture and sound quality is a noticeable improvement on the UHD Blu Ray over the digital 4k version.

I skipped seeing this in the theater. Other than the Wonder Woman movie I have not been impressed with the DC live action movies. This movie had great development and wonderful cinematography. I loved the story and thought they surpassed all of the prior movies.

This is one of those movies you need to add to your collection, even if you already own one of the other versions, due to the picture quality alone. The picture just pops and will truly take advantage of your TV’s HDR capabilities and color reproduction.

love the 4k format sharp and bight picture love the action. just wish dc could do better on all there movies and the dc cinema universe. not a bad movie really enjoyed it. Hopefully dc can save there cinema universe and give us something we never seen from them before

The DCEU was hit or miss until Wonder Woman, then Aquaman, came along. I saw this movie in a theater and couldn’t wait to be able to own a copy, so when it came out I picked one up after work. It’s easily my second favorite DCEU movie, right behind Wonder Woman!

I was really happy with the fact that the preorder included a Movies Anywhere code early and emailed to me. It allowed me to not open this collectible Steelbook and still take advantage of the digital copy. I hope they continue offering this with Steelbook preorders.

DC hit it big with Aquaman as it tells the origin story of Arthur Curry, the half-human and half-Atlantean who discovers his destiny to be the King of Atlantis and thus the super hero Aquaman. The special effects are great and Momoa's portrayal of Aquaman excellent.

While I have found DC movies have been somewhat lacking when compared to the Marvel Juggernaut, I surprisingly found this movie to be solidly entertaining, with a well fleshed out story (except for the ending). This is a refreshing DC entry that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Finally, a movie from DC worth a review. James Wan did a fantastic job directing this movie. The plot was predictable but the visual presentation was top notch. I enjoyed every minute. Now if only they would reboot the other DC films like this and redeem themselves.

At last, DC remembered comic-book movies are supposed to be fun! "Aquaman" embraces the over-the-top storyline with gusto and, in the last third of the movie, delivers a visual spectacle on par with the best of "Star Wars." The disc is packed with great extras, too.

My favorite DC character and had to get it in 4k because of the picture and sound.

This was a fun movie, and I thought it would be a great addition to my movie library (and a great way to take advantage of my 4K TV). The scenes were crisp and bright...and the price was cheaper than I saw at other stores and online. Couldn’t beat that deal.

If you’re a fan of the comicbook movies and love the DCEU universe this is the movie for you. It’s the story of DC’s beloved aqua man and tells his origin story. This is a family film. It also comes with the digital code for your iTunes account and movie anywhere

I was fine with DC striking a different tone than Marvel with its movies. Warner Bros. screwed that up royal. Aquaman though was a vivid, fun movie. Jason Mamoa brought the harder edge version of the character to life but with plenty of humorous moments.

Am not interested to watch him bcoz he looks like homeless filthy with his bward and mustache! But, when i start watching it, i said wow!!! When the battle began, non stop exploding and seat shaking sounds on my sorround sound makes my house shaking! Lovit!!!

I have done movies with my grandchildren over the summer. They moved out of state 1 year ago, so this still gives us a chance to continue to watch the same movies together. I always buy the combo packs so they have it downloaded to our electronic devices.

I did not see the movie on the big screen, but I watched it on Blu Ray at home. It is really good and it does not stop for a minute. All action and fun to watch. The story is a little mixed but I was able to follow. The Blu Ray disc is an excellent buy with a DVD and a bonus Digital HD copy. The audio and video presentations are great. The price at Best Buy was unbeatable. Highly recommended.

For years I have thought that DC just couldn’t keep up with the Marvel movies, Wonder Woman proved that they could and Aquaman backs that up. If you haven’t seen this yet, don’t waste another minute. It’s well worth your time to get this one. All the thumbs up.
