Personally I loved this movie. But I'm just going to talk about the quality of the 4k. 1st off, it looks exactly the way you would hope a 4k disc should look. Colors are bright and vibrant, crisp and clear. The sound that I choose to listen with was the Atmos track and it did not disappoint. This 4k disc is near reference quality. No complaints here.

Spoiler alert...I guess they hooked me from the start with Nicole Kidman. After that the self effacing humor and Giant presence of Jason Mamoa-i've been a fan of his since "Stargate Atlantis". The action scenes were particularly interesting, The art direction/computer effects were a delight. Throw in 3-D, a total package. Five stars for sure.

While I'm not a huge fan of comic book style movies, this movie was pretty awesome in 3D! Tons of depth and pop-out effects. Sound was pretty killer - while the 3D disc doesn't have the Dolby Atmos track, it still shook the house! Will definitely be watching a few more times.

1st the surprise hit of Wonder Woman, now this. If you haven't seen Aquaman, go BUY IT NOW. And get ready for a ride. Cinematography is awesome, production is breathtaking and Jason Momoa is a welcome surprise as Aquaman just like Gal Gadot was as Wonder Woman. But a warning! You might desire to become an Atlantean after watching this movie.

I did not notice that Aquaman actor is the hero in Game of Thrones until I finish this movie. Also I cannot believe they ask Nicole Kidman to act as Aquaman's mother. With these two big stars, the movie is designated to be good and it is. It is kind of odd by combining Sci-Fi element with greek methology but the movie is entertaining to watch.

Jason Momoa as The Aquaman! What more needs to be said! He was great and very believable in this role. It was pure fun! I thought the action was great and the CGI incredible. I almost believed he was in the ocean. if you're a fan of the comics, put that image aside and enjoy Jason Momoa's interpretation. You won't be disappointed!

I never imagined that a competent Aquaman movie could be made, let alone a really entertaining one, but here we are. This is definitely one of the biggest surprises in the superhero genre and one that changes the landscape of the Worlds of DC forever. Consider the course corrected. Pick this up in UHD for sure as the A/V quality is top notch.

Our family was very pleased with Aquaman. Created in 1940, he has only appeared in comics, Saturday morning cartoons and a few cameos on the Smallville series. Until now! Aquaman is one bad dude. Jason Mamoa is perfect as the sea King. Unlike many recent dark DC films, this is upbeat and fun. Like SHAZAM, which I look forward to seeing.

Beautiful film and very entertaining. The special effects were awesome and the underwater scenes were so colorful. What you might image if you were living under the sea. They chose the right actor (Jason Momoa) to play Aquaman. He was funny, gorgeous with a likable personality. A regular guy with a good heart. Can''t wait for the next one.

What a movie! Aquaman was worth the wait to see all those s underwater special effects, it’s even going to have its own spinoff movie called The Trench I heard. Can’t wait for Aquaman 2, but that will be awhile, since they will be filming the horror movie The Trench first. If you haven’t see Aquaman yet, it’s a must see for superhero fans!

Aquaman in my opinion was much more entertaining than Wonder Woman and as a comicbook fan, it had so many callbacks and easter eggs. I felt like this movie wasn't afraid to rip their storylines, costumes and wacky adventures straight out of the comics. So for me this is the best DCEU movie so far and one of the top superheroes ever made!

I gotta confess first that I loved Aquaman long before the movies so I may be a little bias here. With that said, it was everything I hoped it would. Wan did such a good job putting John's run of the comics on the screen. Not to mention the visuals, especially under water, where stunning. I can't recommend this movie enough. It's perfect.

Aquaman was actually better than most people expected it to be. The graphics were great and the story was good and easy to follow! Jason Momoa was a great choice to play Aquaman, Amber Heard is gorgeous and was perfect to play Mera, and Patrick Wilson was excellent as King Orm. Black Manta and Aquaman's mom were really good too

AQUAMAN is such an awesome film on its own offering nonstop action and entertainment the entire family can enjoy! This film was made for 4K and 4K was made for it — the visuals are truly stunning on my 75” Sony UHD TV and the sound is incredible, my walls, ceilings and floors were all shaking like an earthquake through most of this film.

Aquaman is a fun movie. It is by no means breaking any ground with the superhero genre but it is fun. The special effects are quite good although I found myself getting a little distracted at times with the underwater hair movement. There are certain scenes where the underwater aspect could have been eliminated and it would not have affected the story. One of the things that I liked was that we get to see the character of Arther Curry/Aquaman grow beyond what we was in Justice League. It is a fun popcorn movie.

Shazam! was good but this is definitely where the DCEU shines! Jason Momoa as Aquaman is such a fine movie! As great as he was in Justice League, which wasn't such a great movie, more of him in his own standalone is exactly what we didn't know we'd need as fans! Great story and effects, all the better because of 4k!

If you're expecting a serious movie then pass on this one. This movie is insane in the best ways. Smashing together every movie into one. Gladiator, Indiana Jones, Horror movie, Godzilla, and modern super hero films are all pulled from for this movie and it's a great time that doesn't take itself at all seriously.

In the last few years DC Comics has been atrocious in the movie industry. Ruining movies with misused CGI on final boss villains *cough cough Batman v. Superman, Justice League, and Wonder Woman*, but this time was different. The movie does start a little slow with a few forced jokes. Over the span of the movie though the humor picks up and the action is phenomenal. If you have been hating the direction of DC Comic movies you will appreciate the refreshing changes made with Aquaman. Overall a 8.5/10 movie.

Aquaman is a visual extravaganza that never stops amazing the viewer with wonder after wonder. The movie cast is outstanding, with Jason Momoa as the larger than life Aquaman. Black Manta is a great villian not trying to dominate the world, simply a pirate out for revenge after a tragic incident at sea. A must see for super hero fans

Okay, it not a secret that this film is about 75% CGI. That being said, it takes real artistry to make it look as good as it does. I only wist I'd seen this one on the theater screen when it came out. Still, IMHO it is an extremely entertaining and a fun film to watch. However watching it on a small flat screen doesn't do it justice.
