Decent to watch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Background: This story picks up where part 1 left it, and continues on for the rest of the series. The Shadow Angels as well as humans up the stakes in the battle over Earth as well as humanity. Meanwhile, the crew at DEAVA somehow try to figure out a way to continue on and find a solution to it all. Overall execution: There's still the "bad guy of the week" feel to it throughout the first half of the second part. The plot start to pick up however, despite of the generic feel to it. Character development was decent, but still seemed a bit scattered. Conclusion: This series reminded of a parody to Neon Genesis Evangelion and Raxephon. Of course it had it's own elements to make it unique, but the overall plot just reminded me of such. The "bad guy of the week" aspect kind of dwindled the anime's feel into something a little generic and pushed. However, character development went along fairly smoothly and it was animated well. Overall, this may not be the most favorite to add to your collection, but something worth watching when you're bored. Definately worth at least one sitting anyway.
