    I ordered a brand new unit, but received a ratty, poorly re-packaged, open box. I called customer service, and after being on hold for more than 30 minutes I spoke to a nice person who said they'd send me another one, but I'd have to pay another $500 for it. I received another open box product. It took more than a month for them to finally pick up both units. Then, my email receipt said that they delivered another unit--not that they picked up two. It was a bad experience all-around. I regret deeply ordering a portable AC from Best Buy. I have no idea if the AC unit is good or bad because I sent both back. My ratings are for Best Buy and not the unit itself.
