we got this screen protector because they were out of the zagg brand which is what we use all the time. It was not as easy to put on as the zagg brand and it already has a crack in the corner

Great protector but it was hard to put on. I had trouble getting the screen protector out of the system once attached to the phone. It was easier to remove out of their system and apply by hand.

I had my iPhone in an otter box case. The screen protector was installed by a Best Buy employee. My phone was dropped from my truck and run over. The protector screen was nowhere to be found not even a piece. When I went back to the store I was told replacement will not occur in the event of an accident. 1. On the box it does not state this, you must first purchase the item, open the box then read it. Once you d, I don't think you will want it. 2. Who would purposefully damage the screen of their phone

It works great for scratch prevention, but it cracks the same as any other and needs to be replaced just as much. However, no actual phone screen has cracked underneath it.

So we were told these protectors are the latest greatest but after only one day mine is already cracked and no I didnt drop my phone all i did was “drop it into my purse”.

It's too bad that when you purchase a new phone that you have to buy additional screen protection. It should be built right into the phone for as costly as they are now.

Glass protector cracked quickly. But being able to go into best buy and get a replacement rather than online is a great benefit.

screen protector lasted a few months but considering i’ve bought $5 tempered glass screen protectors that lasted longer i’m disappointed i paid $30 for a less job.

Had to replace just minutes after purchasing, broke trying to install from their directions, replaced with new one and didnt have a problem with the replacement one

This took a shatter the first small drop onto carpet literally hours after purchase. For the price expected it to absorb this minor drop.

This screen protector with the case was recommended by the sales associate, but it is the first protector I’ve had to replace. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The upper right corner would not stick properly and I had a huge air bubble there. Replaced it with another cheaper alternative that I purchased from Amazon.

Not sure why this screen protector has cracked already as my son has not had it for very long. But since it is free replacement it isgoing to be ok

Armor Edge is not what I expected - doesn’t last and quality is poor - and for these reasons I would not recommend this item.

Product does not cover the entire phone screen, should have been made a little bit bigger. Have multiple cracks from dropping phone

Looks great on the phone. Fingerprints are minimal. How ever less than 2 weeks old and cracked at the edge already. At least I get it replaced for free.

Didn’t last long at all. Came off the phone fast and I had it installed at the store to make sure I didn’t mess it up.

Dropped and cracked and is peeling. It seems ok but thought it would withstand the drop a little better. Just from a standing position and on a rug.

Glass chipped in the first week. Will see if the lifetime warranty is what they sales associate promised

While the staff was very friendly, I spent 2 hours in the store while they attempted to apply this protector with several unsuccessful tries. The last try was still not all the way correct but they told me to give it 24 hours to settle. It still does not look right as the edges look as though they are not all the way "stuck on." However, I'll have to wait until I travel through somewhere with a Best Buy to have it fixed.
