I'm guessing that the screen is doing its job with protection although I've never dropped my phone, but the smudges are terrible

I went with this option because of the lifetime replacements - and I had to use one right away! I cracked the protector when applying it!

The application procedure can be a bit daunting and the mold for the phone didn't really seem to help that much.

Works great but a little tricky to install. The glass stuck to the box when you put it together so I had to manually put it on.

Have replaced twice due to chips. The lifetime replacement option is great, but inconvenient to have replaced twice since Oct.

My husband bought this for his phone 2 weeks ago. He’s always been pretty hard on phones, but we were told there really aren’t many heavy duty cases for the XR. So we got this glass cover. He’s already had to replace it twice - in 2 weeks. Best thing about it I would have to say is that it has the lifetime warranty and they replace it in store for free. At least it’s easier to replace than the Zagg...

I guess it’s ok. Initially it seemed that I lost a lot of sensitivity in the touch screen. Seems to have gotten better.

it does help if you accidentally drop your phone but it does bubble up, which makes it hard to use touch screen.

Screen protectors are not lasting. Had to replace within the first week. Second protector needs to be replaced.

These where great until they stopped carrying them for my phone so now no more replacements

Wasn’t pleased with the adherence. Had areas that allowed for air gaps on the screen. Had it installed by an employee

This product isn’t quite as good as its competitor, it’s already cracked just from being in my purse with car keys.

This screen cover is a complete waste of money!!! It never completely fit right, then started cracking about a month after I put it on. The next thing I know my screen is cracked! The description of the product says: ****AGC® PREMIUM PROTECTIVE GLASS Protects your phone screen from cracking, while surviving drops onto rough, unforgiving surfaces. Made with premium quality glass. I know I wasn’t throwing my phone on the ground AND it was also in a case that came over the top to protect the edges. I go on their website because it also says: ****LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY The retailer will replace your Protective Glass free of charge whenever it cracks. Unfortunately as you read you see that they not only want to see your receipt (I can understand wanting proof) which I threw away, but I do still have all the information on my Best Buy account.....they also want me to send back the broken screen cover which I’ve already thrown away. So basically I took a light to the money I spent on this piece of crap. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

Seems fine enough. Cracked after a couple months. I guess it could have been my phone screen instead rite!

You have to swipe harder because of cover. Took me longer to learn because swiping was harder. Hard to keep clean!

Screen protector does not go all the way to the edge. Screen protector was cracked when I installed the product.

Good thing this is lifetime on this product. Its so thin that it was chipping in less then a week.

Thank god it’s warrantied by Best Buy, I treat my phone pretty gently

I bought it because it was recommended by the sales person but it was cracked within the second month.
