I was forced to buy the Armor Edge - Glass Screen Protector for Apple iPhone XR because the OtterBox defender no longer includes a clear plastic face protector. My major concern is dirt and grease, which the prior Defenders capably provided protection. I am annoyed that I had to spend additional money for the Armor Edge screen protector. I should have used a piece of Saran Wrap to provide the dirt and grease protection no loner provided by the OtterBox Defender.

Not as good as led to believe. All my so. Did was drop my phone in the kitchen floor. And it busted in 3 spots. Thank goodness for the lifetime warranty

I got this put on my phone by a worker at Best Buy in December when I purchased my iPhone. I also put a speck case on it that day. Since then (it’s now March 6th) and I’ve had it replaced 3 times for cracking. Each time getting it replaced has taken anywhere from 20-35 minutes waiting at Best Buy which isn’t fantastic either. The actual phone screen hasn’t cracked, but the screen protector doesn’t seem to be durable at all.

The glass sticks to the applicator and does not allow it to stick to the phone. You need to remove the glass from the packaging and apply it manually.

Cracked with in a week or so. Need to find time to take it back and have it replaced. Just hate the thought of waiting in line forever.

I was not satisfied with the protector did not last long 3 months it is broken and I don’t have the time to be swapping products every 3 months

Guess it’s better than the phone screen being cracked. I’ve had less than one month.

After all I’d heard about this product I thought it would have been so durable but it already has a large scratch across it.

I only had this cover for a month before I dropped it only 2 feet and the face shattered on one side, very disappointed.

I absolutely hated this screen protector, it was bulky and looked weird on my phone. I had it professionally installed by BestBuy and still it had a huge bubble in there. So, I was not a fan! Luckily, it didn't last long, the very first time my phone fell on the vinyl floor, the screen protector cracked and I went back to Zagg, which is so much better!

Apparently I was charged? Wasn’t supposed to be? Was supposed to get this for free under warranty.

Held up for only 5 months. Has started separating from the phone. Had it installed by geek squad. Disappointed.

Phone screen seems to be less responsive with this on Also got two large scratches in it quite quickly

Easy to put on to iPhone But have a little flaws but hardly noticeable

Screen still got cracked when the wife had it in her purse. Just saying......

This screen protector cracks very quickly, so then you are stuck with a cracked looking screen! Can’t return the item because you are allowed to get it replaced any time... but who wants to come in to the store every few days because that’s how quickly it chips and cracks

Got the product expecting to get a new screen protector had I had any issues with it.... broke my phone and my screen protector within 2 months of buying. Went to bestbuy after I replaced my phone with my broken screen protector and box and receipt to find out that they will not replace them. Never buying another one of their products.

I have to give it a 3 I haven’t had it more then 2 weeks and it already had to be replaced.
