She was able to add this phone to my current Verizon plan and was very specific about the charges. I later found no unknown charges on my bill. Just as she had reviewed. I was nicely surprised at how helpful the Sales Assoc. was and how much she knew about this phone upgrade. So, sorry that I don't remember her name!
