This glass feels premium, not like a cheap Amazon option. In store if you pay the fee the associate will put it on for you AND there is a lifetime warranty where you can go in store and have it replaced, well worth the $30 as I drop my phone often and end up replacing these at least once over the course of two years.

Took a spill with my phone and cracked the screen protector. Selected another and they installed it free since i was a Total Tech member! Unexpected benefit of membership! If you dont have a total tech membership its well worth it! And the screen protector saved my phone from a crack in the glass!

Lifetime warranty on these protectors. If there is a crack or damage on the protector, you are able to get it exchanged for a brand new one for no charge. Just be sure to have the broken and damaged protector with you at the time of getting a new one, otherwise you will not be able to get the replacement.

You should buy this bc Best Buy offers unlimited free exchanges for any reason. Install it and realize it's not centered? Exchange. Tiniest of scratches? Exchange. And you're able to do it in store, rather than Zagg's requirement that you send theirs back to get a replacement.

So far it is doing what it is supposed to do in protecting the phones face and not interfering with the responsiveness of the touch screen when using the phone. The plus is Best Buy will replace the screen cover if it cracks unlike other brands that you have to pay for shipping if you need it replaced.

Some may not want to spend the money, but this protector has save the phone screen from permanent damage more than once. I also recommend the instore installation, which is free of charge if you have the Geek Squad protection plan.

I bought this screen protector and in a span of 4 days managed to break two of these do to drops. It did what it’s supposed to do. My phone glass was not harmed but the protector was. Since I now have a phone case I have not had this issue. The glue does appear to be giving away at a couple of corners however.

Temp glass are always a must. This is a very nice screen protector my only issue is the installation of it is not very easy. Now I've applied dozens of them before but this one was a bit tough. Only issue was removing the plastic id recommend not using the accessories for the install that come with the glass.

Had the cover on for 2 days and dropped my belt buckle onto the edge of my phone. It did its job and saved my screen. Would have given it less stars because it was a pretty light hit (Not a Texas Belt Buckle), however I took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it and installed no questions asked.

Great protector. I had to replace it because there was a chip after phone slipped out of my hand and fell in rocks. If not because of this protector my phone screen would have definitely broken. Thank goodness for a free replacement for the protector.

It could be just a tad larger to fit the screen a little better. Other than that it protects the screen. I have not really put it to the test, but it's better to have one than not. It feels like a smooth piece of glass. Cleans up easily. I like it better than other brands I've used on other products.

I didn't think I would like this screen protector because of past issues with "plastic" type screen protectors, but this glass screen protector is clear and crisp and since having it for a little over a week, I haven't had any issues with it. Plus, you can't beat a lifetime replacement!

This is an awesome screen protector as the day afternoon I purchased my phone I dropped it. Imagine how you feel after dropping a thousand dollar phone the day after you get it but thankfully the screen protector did exactly what I needed it to do and my phone is fine because of it!!

With grandkids and just general wear, I wanted to really protect the screen. This screen protector was a little more expensive, but came with replacement guarantee. Damaged or cracked? Just take it in to Best Buy and they'll replace it (installed) free of charge. Worth the extra money.

Bought two for me and my son and they’ve done the job thus far. Have had many drops and no scratches or breaks. Best Buy associate applied screen for us so it saved us the hassle of doing it ourselves. Thanks for the great service!

This glass screen protector with my Otterbox Commuter case and my iPhone XS Max still looks brand new. The great thing about this screen protector is that it has a lifetime warranty so if it does end up breaking I can just take it to Best Buy to get a new one free of charge.

I have had this screen protector on my phone for a week and a half and it already has chips in it but it has a lifetime warrenty so I guess thats okay. It was easy for me to put on the phone since it came with the tools needed.

The screen protector is really nice. You can tell it’s a premium glass, it’s very smooth with no bubbles or edges that don’t seem like they are sticking. It fits the phone perfectly and allows a nice fit with a case. I would highly recommend it and would certainly buy it again. Thanks

It cracks after a few drops but does the job of protecting my screen and the hassle free exchanges for a fresh one at customer service make it worth it. They’re also super easy to install, I’m usually really bad at installing screen protectors but anyone can do these

Dropped my phone a few times now and hasn’t even made a scratch or crack with this protector so very happy with that. I am pretty clumsy also having bestbuy offer the warrenty is well worth it if there is a problem and screen protector breaks they’ll replace for free
