Okay Phone Screen Cover

I appreciate that it has a lifetime warranty (thank goodness) but when I bought it and the guy put it on, he went through two of them and now here I am having to replace it again. It is worth the money to protect the glass on my phone but my phone has never been dropped and was in my purse when this screen cracked. Just kind of weird.
