The fixture that is provided to help center the screen protector does not provide a perfect fit. Mine was noticeably shifted to the left as you can see from it’s relation to the display and bar.

I purchased this item for my son's phone and after a week the purchase he dropped his phone. Now I have to replace the screen protector, and the good thing is that the replacement is for free.

First time every using a glass screen protector since I've always had otterbox defender cases. Very pleased with the protector, I can't believe how easy it is to clean. So far no problems.

Same protection as the Zag but with a cheaper price tag. It's great that you can take your phone to best buy and get the free replacement instead of spending the $10 to ship it back to zagg.

They are clear and don’t obstruct your view. They absorb impact so you device screen doesn’t. When they crack Best Buy replaces them.

They are great in the beginning but after a few months they scratch, crack and break. However the company stands behind its warranty.

Bought this with the new iPhone X Max and was not disappointed! One of the best installation kits included so don’t tear open the packaging!

Was sold on the lifetime warranty in Best Buy's system with super easy replacements. Protector is holding up really well though and hasn't cracked or shown any signs of wear yet.

Good phone. When your phone breaks down, go for it. I waited cause my phone was fine. I upgraded from 7 to Xs. Battery life was bad and it was glitching out. Happy with upgrade

I accidently dropped my xs max and the glass protector broke, if not for the protector my screen would have been shattered. Got a free replacement from best buy. Top quality

Got it 2 days ago and has a crack without dropping it But for the price and the store willing to fix it anytime it cracks ain’t a bad deal

We really had a great experience working with the Best Buy team and specifically with Rocio to ensure that we got the right screen protectors and cases for our new phones.

I highly recommend this phone. I used to have iPhone and then went to android and grumbled about it the entire time I had it. I am now back to iPhone, and I love this phone.

I’ve had about 4 or 5 of these thus far. Every time it gets a crack I return it to the store for a replacement. It’s a pretty awesome replacement plan they have on it.

So far I’ve had it for a week drop the phone once in the screen already cracked. Dropped it on the carpet. Plan to work with replacement see how that process goes with review later

The protector is good once it’s on. I had a little trouble putting it on myself so I had to pay one of the associates to take care of it. However, the screen itself does the job.

I like this screen protector and the Best Buy replacement plan is amazing and well worth the money. The only thing I don’t like about it is it doesn’t repel fingerprints.

I’ve dropped my phone a few more times than I’d like to admit, and have had no issues. I love that the Best Buy team put my screen protector on for me and it’s nice and straight.

So glad that Best Buy now has this screen protector. Used to always used another brand that has lifetime warranty but this one can be replaced at the store with no charge.
