Took forever to get help at the store. Once I did get help after the being there an hour to just to replace my cover I was satisfied.

Not shatter resistant

This one has already cracked after a week and shattered from being in my pocket. I have one left to use. The lifetime warranty requires you take pictures of the cracked protector on your phone, the receipt and the box with your name on it. Then they charge you $8 for processing/Shipping. I might as well buy the protectors that Best Buy replace in house.

"Open Box" items a good deal!

Turns out the laptop was in PERFECT new condition and works great - and we saved $200. Very satisfied customer.
