She had been super nervous after her last protector had cracked and we had to remove it. This new one did crack. She is young, but careful with her equipment. She told me she didn't remember ever dropping her phone, but something had to happen. Brought her phone back to Best Buy. They looked up the receipt on my account, and replaced the screen without question. Great warranty.
