My wife had dropped her phone with an older screen protector which was damaged. We received great cust aservice and had a new one installed free with our Total Tech Supports program

Does not appear to scratch as easily as the ZAGG. Plus you can go to any Best Buy to get it replaced when needed. No more mailing off your old screen. Or looking for a ZAGG kiosks.

This screen protector was perfect for my phone. The only problem was the alignment was not perfect, but it was easy to correct. If screen might leave some bubbles, but it fixes itself overnight!

This is by far the best screen protector I have purchased. The quality is great, I have dropped my phone a lot and it never cracks. I will not buy any other type of screen protector.

This screen protector works great and the free lifetime replacement is amazing. It didn’t have any bubbles after time either. Only had to use replacement because I got a newer phone.

I’m sooooo glad Best Buy now offers screen protectors. Not only are easy to put on but if it happens to crack you can just walk in to you’re local Best Buy store they will replace it no ?’s asked so easy and convenient.

For a person that drops their phone all the time this is a must have. Dropped my phone and thought my screen was cracked but the screen protector took the hit.

This is a glass screen protector works awesome guaranteed for life if it breaks just bring it back into Best Buy and they will replace it and put a new one on

I hesitate to buy the glass covers because they crack easily but at the end of the day it feels nice and the warranty makes it easy to replace at a minimal cost

It does not cover the entire face of my phone. There is about a 1/2 inch gap on both sides, the top and bottom that it does not cover. Not sure if it is supposed to be that way or if one for a smaller phone was put on. I ask the store associate who put it on if she was sure it was the right cover for my phone. She said yes, why? I said that it doesn’t cover the entire face of the phone. She said that they are all like that, which I know is not true because the one I had prior covered the entire face of my phone. I’m worried that it’s not going to protect my phone....

Protects screen, but it was difficult to apply and is starting to bubble a little. Will have Best Buy do it again. Screen protector a great idea, not sure this is the best one.

Finally there is a phone screen that’s great And you don’t have to send it off and wait for a replacement screen to take it in to have it replaced!!! Thank you!!

This glass cover is great. I bought this for my mom a while back and it still hasn't broke. She had dropped her phone several times. Amazing.

It doesn't hinder visibility or functionality at all. Haven't put it to the test by dropping my phone yet, so can't speak to that aspect yet.

I will get one of these every time I get a new phone and with Geek Squad I get it installed for free.
