I was very UNHAPPY with the service (or lack there of) I received at Best Buy while purchasing it. They were more concerned about leaving at exactly 6 pm when they closed than they were assisting me getting the phone set up she almost sent me home with a bad sim card telling me I would have to get it connected with verizon when i got home so Phone - Great Best Buy not so much!
