My wife's cracked a couple of weeks ago while in her purse. Today I made a special trip to Best Buy, expecting to have a new screen "popped on." I soon learned that I have to have an appointment -- even for something this simple.

But my other phone has one and it’s been good for that one for over a year. But this one broke one day after... lifetime warranty is why I gave it 3 stars

Cracked within 6 days

It cracked within a week. I gave it 3 stars because they will replace it for free, however, I don't want to go in every week and get it replaced.
