The added benefit of the screen protector is that it resists smudges and is anti-glare to boot! What's not to like? I'm grateful to be able to say I haven't dropped my iPhone on a hard surface since it's been installed, so I'm unable (at this point) to comment on the efficacy of the protection feature; should that happen, I promise to post an update.

If your as reckless as me! Its a no brainer.

The warranty on the Armor edge is great. It unfortunately doesn't carry over when you switch phones. But 100% worth the investment. Ive had to change my screen at least 6 times already, and the only time I had to open my wallet was the first time!

You drop your phone into a plastic jig and it aligns to your phone. No eyeballing it in place. Plus very little bubbles after putting it on that you have to massage to get out. Just wish they would start doing one for the Apple watch. This is my second Armor edge, one on my phone and one on my wife's.
