Some employees did know this either. The product itself would have been great but I did not like the fact that some products are just so harmful for people and they may not even be aware of it. I would love to see companies push back and let the manufacturer know they want quality products that are safer for their customers. Best Buy has the power to take a stand and make a difference in my opinion. Especially when so many young children may be using devices and at the same time are exposed to harmful substances without even knowing or understanding the consequences.

Cracked within 2 weeks

I never dropped the phone ' just pulled it out of my pocket one day and it was broke. My screen was fine, but I did nothing with the phone for it to have done that. If Best Buy gives me a refund of replacement, I will change my rating to a three

It wasnt a high drop so im not sure why this happened but I am surely disappointed.

It did it’s job but cracked on the first drop. Plus wish I could go thru Best Buy for warranty replacement instead of the manufacturer.

Cracked!

Doesn’t lay flat and n screen
