First one from the get go was not functioning well . Finally the protector just fell off . The tech said was the device taken out in the cold ? Really ?! So far the new one is working well

Dont wast your money

I didn't drop the phone or do anything that should have made the protector crack. One day I just noticed the hairline crack in it that spans the whole screen. The cover does not stick very well so it can be moved just by pressing in any direction. Over all I'm not satisfied with this purchase and will be returning for the "lifetime warranty" that lasted 2 days :)
