Over price and it comes off very eazy. I would never recommend it.

Very disappointed in the product. My husband and I both bought the protector for our phones. Applicator was great, but the first time the phone dropped (not even that far) the protector popped right off. I just went online to file a warranty claim - had to pay $8 for shipping. Very disappointed with the amount we spent and the poor quality.

It broke and the screen on my phone broke, my phone didn't fall 6 inches!!

I love the screen but very concerned when the screen fell off twice.

Lifetime warranty policy needs improvement. If you crack the screen, you need to return their product first, before they ship the replacement... leaving phone unprotected. Zagg does not do this and I won't be buying another armour edge product.

Bubbled and store has no replacement. Not happy with product or the service.

It pops off easily and doesn't fit well when there is a case on the phone.

When it stays on it is great, however I have dropped my phone from short distances and my phone it has popped off of my phone several times. Luckily my phone screen hasn't broken. I have exchanged it once already. Considering just spending more money and getting a different brand, one that is not glass... I would not buy this again.

I was not able to use it on my phone. It fits so poorly on the screen that you are not able to text or scroll. I had the store associate apply it on my phone when I purchased it to make sure it was on correctly. Now they will not give me a refund even tho the product has a lifetime warranty and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

I had this installed on my phone but did not care for it. It made it very difficult to type.

Falls off if you drop your phone. Doesn't stick back on.

I purchased a Galaxy S 9 and the sales person recommended a case and protector. He put the screen protector on and said leave it sit for 24 hrs. Well I did follow the instructions and a day later the protector popped off and broke. I returned it with no problems and now am not using a protector. He might have put the wrong one on.

That screen protector is a waste of money and time

This item broke on the first fall and came off. Not worth the cost

This screen protector lifted off the phone and I had to constantly push it back down. It then got bumped and fell off all together. All this happened within a week of getting it put on. I will be getting my money back when stores reopen from this virus

Lousy cover screen protector! Dropped the phone with an Otterbox cover, screek protector cracked into a spiderweb. Dropped the phone many times since, Otterbox is enough. Shield was a waste of money!

I was very unhappy with this cover, but I would say I had problems because of the design of the screen itself not being conducive to a screen cover.

when the screen protector for the S9 broke and came off after an hour the personnel at Best Buy said this would work. Unfortunately the exact same issue arose.

Already came off and cannot place it back on. It does not stick. Went into original packaging, and it was empty. Sales person placed it kn fir me. Came off within a few days.
