I did not drop my phone or bang it. I just went to wipe it with cleaning cloth and it was cracked. That was a second one I had bought. So needless to say I think they are wothless.

I accidentally dropped my phone with a case, and screen protector from this company, stick cracked the protector and the screen, screen protector popped off. Worthless. Dont waste your $$ they say lifetime warranty, but why would you want to, if the whole point of buying a screen protector, for your phone screen to still get cracked??? Dumb

They show I ordered it and walked out the door with it YET I DID NOT. The poor cashier HAD to have a deficit in his drawer as I didn't pay cash nor credit. The GM did the transaction STATED he ordered it, when I went back about a week later I was informed it wasn't ordered that I walked out the door with it which did NOT occur :o(

Comes with a supposed guarantee to replace if damaged ,best buy barely keeps it in stock and will absolutely not hold it for you until you can get there! Absolutely a bad purchase and best buys customer service has been embarrassing. Be aware!
