This falls off. Supposed to be lifetime replacement, but they quit carrying it This was the second one I got with same result

I had one of it prior to this one that lasted for 2 years until my Granddaughter picked it off. Couldn't even call the store and talk to someone because of the COVID thing.

The curve is wrong
