I had one of these screen protectors on my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone when I dropped it on concrete. It only cracked the screen protector and saved the screen on my phone. I definitely would recommend this to anyone for their cellphone.

I purchased this and dropped the phone on carpet. It loosens the screen protector but protected the phone. Within a fee hours the screen cover came off. It has a lifetime warranty and Best Buy replaced it in the matter of seconds. This one is staying on.

I bought 3 of these for our 3 Samsung S9. The curved glass is worrisome to me so I'm hoping these protect in a fall. I was told these may not work with certain Otterboxes but found one that does fit with it. Otterbox Symmetry series. There is a fee for a store employee to install this screen protector.

I bought this product because the last one I got didn't stay stuck on cause of the way it only sticks to the screen on the sides. This one does the same but they will replace in store instead of having to register and send it back the manufacturer.

The screen protector fits my curved screen perfectly, which is hard with the curved screen of the s9, Also, I love the fact that, no matter what happens, I can go to any Best Buy and just have it replaced. Don't even need the reciept!

It came off when the phone was dropped. It won't apply again.

I replaced a more expensive Zagg screen protector with this, and it is as good, plus it is guaranteed and installation is free at Best Buy for life of phone. I had to send in my old Zagg screen, and pay $9 for shipping. This is a good buy.

Was going to buy another product when the Best Buy person let me know that if anything happens to the screen protector I just bring it back to the store and they will replace it. That is a BIG deal. I bought 3. SUPER easy to install.

My daughter and I bought identical phones and screen protectors on the same day. She's had to replace hers 3 times in 3 weeks. She has constant issues with touch; the phone can't seem to feel her touch through the protector. I have the same issue but not as frequently as she does.

This protector is very sleek looking so you hardly know that it is there. The warranty it comes with makes it worth the money because you can simply bring it to best buy for a replacement. I'm definitely happy I went with this option.

This product does what it's supposed to, protect the screen! However, I find that it "captures" fingerprints more easily than the glass model I had on my last phone. Don't know why that is, unless it's manufactured with different materials. I have to clean this one more often.

I have used this screen protector for years. I am amazed at how well it saves my phone from scratches. I also use the geek squad protection plan to replace the armor edge if it cracks or breaks. Love it

After 2 years of hard use, the protector finally gave up and cracked. The good news, Replaced at no cost to me. Fits perfectly just like the first protector. Never even know it is there.

This screen protector saved the phone! I paid to have it installed on the phone and when it was dropped the shield cracked but not the phone. I took it back to the store and the mobile team replaced it for free.

Specifically went to Best Buy because techs there were very helpful and even offered to put screen on the phone. Easy, no problem. Less than 24hrs later screen popped off. ???Wasn't dropped, just slid into a purse pocket. For 4 days I've tried to keep the screen in place but it slides and moves with normal usage. Upon closer inspection I now see only the top and bottom black edges have adhesive. Not sure if that is normal but if so it's a poor design. Previous screen protector was a Zagg which stayed in place well over a year, I only replaced it due to chips on the edges. (Even chipped the Zagg was firmly attached.) Looks like I'll be returning this and pay the shipping to get my Zagg replacement.

I purchased this screen protector for my wife's cell phone. It was very easy to apply and so far has been doing a good job of protecting her cell phone screen. I would recommend this screen protector to everyone.

I have owned both Zagg and this lousy item from Armour Edge. I started to steer away from Zagg due to the $9.99 fee to send me replacements. I figured free lifetime replacements would be better; not SO! These are junk. I’ve had to go back to Best Buy 3x in the past 2 months because these DO NOT STICK so particles get underneath easily and Loosen up the hold. I have an Otter Box on the outside and it doesn’t fit that great either with that. Otter Box is very common so you’d think they’d work well together. I remember the Best Buy salesman saying another brand now offers free lifetime replacements too.... Time to look in to that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Overall I feel that this is a useful product. I have used this in conjunction to an Outter Box case and the first glass I had did not stay attached due to how the seal on the Otter Box interacts with the screen. This second one is staying on much better.
