Would not stay adhered to new phone. Salesperson at store claimed he never had a failure when installing one. Received a replacement by mail. Had tech install at store in Findlay. Before we left the protector was gapped at edges. Went back in store and different tech pointed out that they dont recommended the armor edge for the s9 and the Zagg protector was the way to go. So, 22 bucks later, have a protector(Zagg) that appears to to the job. Just wish the Holland OH store would have figured this out in the first place. Would have saved time and money as was on sale back then.

It looked as if this protective glass may have been a little sensitive to apply, but they did it for us right at Best Buy. I've not had the phone for long but, so far, I've not gotten even a tiny scratch on the glass.

If you are anything like me after purchasing a rather expensive phone, you will want to make sure that said phone is protected by the best. I have no complaints - especially since I got the in-store warranty!

The first one I purchased didn't last long before it fell off, but I took it back with my receipt and they took care of it. Replaced it on the spot and I've not had a problem since. I've used this brand before on other phones and it's always worked out fine.

Was intrigued by their warranty so we tried them. They were installed correctly and seemed to be fine; no bubbles, wasn’t off center etc. Within a few days, they literally popped off the phones.

I was surprised at how easily the screen protector just popped out. Because of the curved screen, I am reluctant to just surrender this "used" screen protector while Best Buys orders another one, which I will have to pay for. Since then, it has popped out a couple more time, as expected. A lot of money for the results.

I have always used the soft plastic screen protectors but this time tried the Armor Edge made of tempered glass. I really love it. It shines up nice, not so smudgy and doesn't get 'dents' like the soft one did. I highly recommend this screen protector!!

This glass protector seemed thinner than ones i have purchased in the past. I barely bumped it and it cracked the protector. However, since the warranty is with Best Buy, replacement was so easy!!! No charge, no questions asked, just replaced it for free.

My screen protector popped off after one week. We took the phone back to have it put on again by a Best Buy tech. Unfortunately, the tech did a poor job of cleaning the screen or protector and dust is trapped underneath. Disappointing, to say the least.

I was happy with my Zagg screen protector in the past but am more pleased with this one. If fits the phone great and if there are any problems, I don't have to mail it away for a replacement.

Initial installation was fine, but after a small amount of time the adhesive around the edge that holds it on doesn't hold. It will move and pop off and after that a couple time becomes useless.

I purchased cheap products before and what they did was to cause the replace of my screen over $300. This product have a life time warranty and the touch screen works perfect like I have nothing on it.

I have tried to Zagg on my phone. It did not want to stay where it belonged. This cover fits better, stays on better, and was easier to install. My phone is also more responsive.

This screen protector does just what it says! I also love how easy it is to apply. The package acts as a tray in which you lay the phone then close it us so that the protector aligns just right.

The Armor Edge screen protector has served me very well in rough situations. It is truly worth the investment. Best Buy staff can help put the screen on the phone in a professional manner.

Great camera easy to use it takes great pictures day or night and the videos are great as well easy to access the camera with plenty of space for all of my photos

I was afraid to install this but best buy will charge for installing. It had the guide and installed easily no bubbles first try. I clean with power gear cleaning solution for tv screens.

Works great have gone through 3 but screen is perfect screen protector did its job and took all the damage. Only drawback is finger prints constantly wiping off.

Great screen protector, it is actually glass, not just a sheet of plastic. Its value is its life time warranty which is great! It is little tricky to install, but not too difficult.

I bought one for my grandson phone..first one was the more expensive one.it didn’t stay good one his phone,took it back and we changed it for this one and this works great on his phone.
