The screen protector came with a tray to put your phone in to line up the phone and screen protector perfectly. I should have replaced my old cracked one a long time ago.

I've had this product for a few now. Initially I was satisfied with it greatly. Then I dropped by phone and the protective screen fell off. I then realized that it was being held onto the face of the phone with what seemed like was just a spot of adhesive on the bottom of the protective screen. I placed it back on the phone and the very next day the protective screen just fell off. Also each time I unlock, attempted to press a phone key there is an indication that the protective screen is attempting to make contact with the phone itself. I had the store representative install this item.

I purchased this in the store & they Installed it. It came unattached from the phone within a month and it cracked. I wanted something to protect my phone but this was a complete waste of money. Don't bother.

This hard plastic screen protector only sticks to the edges of the screen, and not very well. The first time the phone was dropped only a few feet and it broke, popped off the phone and cracked all over and is now unusable.

Armor Edge Protector comes off easily when phone is dropped and will not just "stick" back on. Replacement insurance by Best Buy is the best thing to have as you will need to replace the screen protector numerous times. I wish there was an Otterbox available for the S9.

The kit that came with it made it really easy to install the screen protector perfectly on my phone. I'm really hard on screen protectors and it works well!

Purchased with new phone purchase. Better safe than sorry. BB Tech put it on for me with expert results. Can’t even tell it’s there and works like it isn’t even there.

Have had issues with the Zagg screen protector on Galaxy 8 and 9 phones due to rounded edges on the phones which don't seem to provide enough of a grip for the screen protector to stay put. Trying this brand to see if it will work any better. So far, so good, but time will tell.

This screen protector was one of the easiest that I have ever installed. Company made the installation full proff. I would by again and again. Can't even tell that it's on my S9

Got new S9 and none of the cases available have screen protector so I got this. Only had a week so far but so far so good. Best perk is these are replaceable in store not mail in.

IT OKAY UNTIL YOU DROP YOUR PHONE IT CRACKS REAL EASY. I HAD TO REPLACE MINE 5 TIMES IN ONE YEAR. UNTIL I BOUGHT A CHEAPER BRAND AT ANTHER STORE. IT SHOULD LAST A LOT LONGER FOR THE MONEY IT COST.

This product worked as stated after dropping phone. The protective area spiral cracked but phone did not. All had to do was replace.

I've had this for about a week now. Dropped phone yesterday and the very top part, the little thin cover part came off but I was able to clean it and put it right back on so that's my only complaint but my phone seems to be fine.

The screen protector is easy to clean and does not destort the video aspect at all. I like the peace of mind that I can have it replaced thru Best Buy fo free if it breaks.

I recommend this to everyone! I have already broke mine twice in 6 months, all you have to do is take it back to best buy and their agents will replace it on the spot.

Was looking for an inexpensive option to protect my new phone. Screen protectors for the S9 are quite expensive. Found this one and it works as good as the $50 one my son bought!

Purchased the armor edge screen protector for my Galaxy S9, and really like it. Fits the phone perfectly, and has a good solid feel when I am navigating on the phone.

Once removed/returned this screen protector, to type/text was very easy - every stroke! I found a case that protects my screen without actually having to stick one on the phone's glass screen. Much much better!

One of the first things I do with a new phone is to put one of these on it. I wouldn't go without it. Unfortunately, I've been known to drop my cell and now I worry less!

The product is great - didn't love that I had to pay to have it installed - most wireless stores will install their product for free but it does protect the phone well!
