Because the screen is curved it makes it hard for the screen protector to stay on. Once a case goes on the phone it pushes up on the screen protector so it really reduces the touch sensitivity

This is a nice screen protector product, but keep in mind that a case could begin to push the protector off the phone if the protector has not settled on the screen for probably about 24 hours.

Doesn't affect the screen sensitivity too much, but seems to break pretty easily compared to other glass screen protectors I've used. On the plus side, replacements are free so no complaints there.

The tech was able to install on my new phone in a matter of seconds. Really nice and seems durable. Also helped me that BB was backing up the performance.

Dropped the phone a week after getting it. Tempered glass cracked but Best Buy replaced it for free with their lifetime replacement. Screen was protected.

we had best buy put on the screen protector to my daughter's new galaxy s9. It already has a crack on it and the screen protector is not adhering to the actual phone. not sure if it wasn't put on correct - will have to return to best buy on this one.

phone screen was hit with an object, and was protected by the protector. it took the brunt of the hit and cracked saving the screen.

These screen protectors have saved the screen of my phone. They work very well until dropped on tile floors or parking lots.

This is a very nice screen protector. You don't even know it is there. The fingers just glide on the screen and is not sticky like some screen protectors.

I was recommended this screen protector during my last upgrade. I've always used the plastic type with no issues but this one has already cracked twice. Thankfully, there is a warranty.

This screen protector popped off my phone within the first 10 days of having the phone. I had a new one put on at the store. Two weeks later and this on has popped off. It appears to have moved ever so slightly with time that the adhesion broke. Perhaps cell phones with curved sides will have this problem. Going to probably have to get an InvisiShield instead.

Screen protector seems to work quite well so far. However, HIGHLY recommend professional installation - seems to be the key to success.

We purchased this product to protect the phone screen after advice from BB staff. Screen is protected and we have no scratches on it.

Easy to apply. Only downfall is it’s too thick to have anything with the defender otter boxes so you almost have to choose one or the other.

Keeps screen free of finger prints dust also safe would recommend this type of shield for cell phones, wipes oily finger prints off easy

Since owning this phone protector I've managed to drop my phone several times' and each time I pick it up the screen is still scratch/crack free

I love that the screen protector doesn't impede the use of the phone but gives the satisfaction of knowing that my phone is protected.

So far I dont even know it is on! I am also relieved that if anything happens to it, I can bring it back for a new one! Great deal!

We followed the directions and using the cleaning kit exactly as instructed, yet we have already had two pop off the phone without a cause. Would not recommend
