Protection?

My girlfriend's screen still managed to crack while this was on her phone. The warranty on the protector was good because Best Abby replaced it 3 times when cracks appeared. The last time she needed one, they gave her a Zagg because they were out of this one. The touch sensitivity is much better with the zagg.

Not Happy With It
