I have had this for about 8 months and have replaced it at least 8 times. Great it gets replaced free but its not worth my time and effort to continuously go back to Best Buy. If you drop your phone, it pops right off, how is that protection? It easily cracks and dirt gets underneath it somehow. Worst screen protector ever. I wrote the company and it was pretty much a too bad, so sad response, you get free replacement we don't offer return or credit. I hate to pay another $50 for Zagg but I'm afraid my phone won't survive.

Very dissapointed in this screen protector. It cracked in less than a year. We are careful with our phones, especially because they are so expensive. The replacement warranty on the screen protector is ridiculous. You have to pay to mail it to the company in order to get a replacement. It was more cost effective to just buy a different brand. We wound up going with a phone case with a built in screen protector that is still working perfectly. Not a fan of glass screen covers.

Screen protector works as a protector but after about 2 weeks of use the glue begins to give way and it falls off the screen. I have to keep using the warranty to get new ones.

Screen protector was put on in the afternoon and by night it had fell off. Idk if it was due to the curved screen, but was not at all satisfied.

only giving this a 1 star because if you purchase the zigg one, they WILL NOT REPLACE in the store, you have to go through hoops , with this one, apparently they told you can replace if it goes bad, but ill take that with a grain of salt. Until i actually do it , i wont be giving this a good review, also not sure why they wont let me go back and change my review on the Zigg, think sucked so bad, STAY and best buy wouldnt do anything to help me out, buyer beware, maybe I should start recording the sales associates claims so i dont get screwed

this protector does not adhere to the screen making it difficult to use the touch screen. I had the best buy employee install it, so he should have known what he was doing.

I didnt rate it high because after leaving my phone with just a screen protector overnight for optimum adherance, my phone fell 1 foot of the ground and it was the first thing that popped off.

This is a great screen protector. Easiest install ever! Took me less than 2 minutes to put on my phone. I have no issues with the touch screen.

The screen saver is very good but you need to make sure that it get stuck down real good or it can be difficult to type on.

I got this and an otterbox and it does not work with the otterbox case. it pops off with the case so be very careful with what case you get if you decide on this screen protector.

I purchased this on the recommendation of the sales rep in the phone department. He knew we were purchasing the Otterbox for the phone and still said this was the best screen protector. It doesn't work, it pops off as soon as I put on the case. My intention was to purchase the ZAGG but was told this was better. Totally not gonna work with this phone and a case.

Stay Away!!! Within two days of properly applying screen protector, under any flourescent lighing most of the screen was obscured by the rainbow/halo/oil slick look, which never goes away. While sitting on the floor my phone slipped out of my hand and fell about 2 ft., and the screen popped off, though phone was in shock proof case for up to 10 ft. Way too expensive for how bad this screen protector is! Did like the way instructions have you apply it, but it doesn't matter if it's useless.

customer service was absolutely satisfactory. product excellent and calm and collecting business setting. will surly recommend to Friends.

This was horrible I got new phone little over month ago and it has poped off 3 times went back they replaced and it did it again

I had the best buy associate place on for me. It fell off within 24 hours. Bought a second one, with same results. Do not recommend

Returned and replaced 5 days later and I need to it again. The screen lifts and gets air pockets on the edges. Then it causes issue in using the touch screen.

mine broke like every 3 months but it was kinda worth it with the unlimited replacements with the life warranty

I was in grocery store and it fell off the person behind me accidentally stepped on it! Very disappointed!! Will be heading back to best buy this week for replacement.

I haven’t had any scratches or breaks. I would buy another one if it is needed . I would recommend this to any one.

It popped off when trying to put phone case on. Bummer. I am looking for something else.
