Bought and had BB install it on a brand new S9, The phone never leaves my night stand unless I'm talking on it. 7 months old or so the screen came off and will not stick back on. I will be bringing it back.

I had to replace the day after purchase,, and the screen cracked when putting phone in case.... so I have to replace again....if anything it has a lifetime warranty and I did not have a problem getting it relaced....

This screen protector is not case friendly. Kept coming off when Otterbox was put on. BB Mobile associates tried and no go. Exchanged for a case friendly Zagg, much better.

First of all, the screen has no sticking power to it. Second, the darn thing shattered when i dropped it on the kitchen counter top. There has to be a better way of protecting these new curved screens.

This product does not work with the curved edge of a Samsung S9. Within a short time the "screen protector" falls off the phone. It then cracks and ultimately fails.

I'm on my 5th screen protector in 7 months. Apparently, they sold me an expensive Otter Box which does NOT work well with screen... HELP, need new covering but don't want to pay again. can I return otter box?

Screen protector will not stay on phone, I have the Otter Box phone case and unfortunately no matter what screen protector I use it catches on the edge of the case and pops off.

Not worth the money. I put the protector on a brand new phone as directed. Not even a week later it starts falling off. Then I dropped my phone on a carpet and it falls off and cracks like crazy.

Way too expensive snd poor quality . I installed corrected according to directions and within a week it was loose and capturing dust etc under the cover. Do not recommend spending the money

I've only had this screen protector for 2 weeks! It's already cracked in two places. It was difficult to apply, and it's not fingerprint resistant at all! Horrible. I don't care for it.

This thing sucks. As i knew it would. Im just cuyious to see when bestbuy will sayvthats enough and refund the purchase. Otherwise they are great at replacing it in store free EVERY time

I ended up returning this as it was not compatible with my otter box. then I returned the otter box to get a case with a built in screen protector.

I had to upgrade to the more expensive screen protector. I did not realize when I purchased it that it only sticks on the top and bottom. Not worth saving $10! It came off after 2 weeks.

I had to return the screen protector because it kept falling off. I received a store credit because I was 2 days beyond return policy. However, Best Buy's customer service was awesome!

Only glue on top and bottom-doesn't fit the Samsung S9 which has a curved screen. This will not stay on your fone-I tried 2-got my money back!

Placed on phone like instructed then put case on and it was sliding all over. Lifted and peeled. Couldn't use had to throw out $39 item.

1st one I bought popped off in minutes. Went in, paid them to put on another one. It didn't last 2 weeks. Just popped right off.

Had this on my phone a week.. dropped it one time and the screen protector popped off and wont go back on! What a waste of money.

Lifetime guarantee. But don't waste your money. My daughter had the phone in her back pocket and when she took it out, it was cracked. She didn't even sit on it.

I was not happy with this purchase. I bought it on 11/22 and it had fallen off of my phone, cracked and shattered (without me even dropping my phone......smh)by 12/15
