we Paid for an employee of Best Buy to apply it and it cracked 2 days later while the phone was inside on the counter.

unfortunately this cover doesn't stay put. it kept coming off the phone two times already. thinking about returning it back to store.it was waste of money

the protector kept falling off my phone because of the otter box I have. you would think the salesperson would have know this before he sold it to me.

This screen protector doesn't work with the curved S9 even with having Best Buy applying it. It only stayed on for approximately 1 hour.

Dropped phone about 2 feet, screen came off and corners cracked. Another brand I had asked 4 years without any issues and I am good at dropping my phone!

I did return this item, it just came right off my phone one day and wouldnt stay on my phone, the extra layer of the screen made it hard to use my phone.

Bought 2 of these screen protectors. First one lasted 1 day, the second one 4. Both fell off. They just don't work on the phones with a curved screen.

With the curved edges on the Galaxy S9 it kept popping off. Tried a second screen and did the same thing. Ended up doing the liquid glass.

I dropped my phone in the bathroom from the sink, not even 3 feet from the ground, and it literally cracked. Will be getting a refund.

This never stuck down all the way in the phone and after 2 days of constant rubbing into the phone like we were told to do it just popped off.

The employee recommended this screen protector because it had a lifetime warranty. It fell off in a week. It didn't break. It just fell off.

This protector cover is way to thick to text with. I even tried using a stylis to text and it still didnt work. It is not worth the money.

The thin edges of adhesive didn't stick well enough to the screen. After only a few days dust and fuzz was getting under the screen protector.

This screen protector popped off after a couple hours due to the case I had and I tried taking the case off and it still kept coming off.

I bought this for my wife to protect her screen on her cell phone but it is constantly popping off. So we returned it and got our money back.

The screen made operation of the touch screen difficult and non responsive. The shield shattered after a couple hours of purchase.

The screen cover is too thick. I can’t get the #1 to work through the cover when trying to unlock the screen. I will be returning this.

this is my second cover and I dropped the phone and the screen falls off and cracks! would not recommend going back to zagg
