Service Great...but

Because I bought the 2nd protector from Best Buy, it would be replaced free of charge if it cracked when dropped. Well, I dropped the phone on 9/17 the screen protector cracked in several places! Took the phone back to Best Buy to have the protector replaced. Couldn't find my receipt, but the salesperson was able to look up my purchase because I used my Best Buy card. New protector put on my phone with no charge!!

Not case-friendly

Texting ,phone...responding to e-mails Have to push so much harder on screen to do anything.
