Cracked and chipped on first drop, yes it did its job and protected screen but it has shatter lines from one corner to the other

I bought the Galaxy S9+ and the Armor Edge screen protector for the phone from Best Buy. The phone is wonderful but the Armor Edge screen protector will not stay on and breaks constantly. I have 14 reciepts so far for the replacement that comes for free. If you visit Best Buy a lot maybe not a problem. I am starting to be friends with the girl here that replaces mine. She says she has customers who come in more frequently than me for the same problem.

If it would have stuck on the phone I would have kept it. With no case it would have been fine but the otterbox case pushes the glass off. If your looking for a screen protector without using a case it would be fine.

It is well suited for my son's S9+ phone. A little difficult to align on the edges but with patience, it came out great.

Purchased a year ago, dropped and scratched phone almost every day. The screen held up very well, but eventually cracked. While replacing, I noticed the original screen was still in great shape, it was protected well! Very happy with quality. I paid the few extra bucks for them to apply, they have way more experience centering and applying!

Even though the initial price is a little high, this screen protector is totally worth it!! Didnt even have to put in on myself, the staff at best buy was more than happy to put it on my phone AND it has a lifetime replacement. Chips, cracks whatever get it replaced for free (just remember to save the damaged screen protector when you go to make the exchange!)

I purchased this the end of December, and by early February, the screen protector cracked. You might think that's good, because at the least the screen didn't crack. BUT, the phone was in my husband's front pants pocket during the day at work (as a teacher, not PE), and when he looked at his phone at the end of the day, the screen protector was cracked! If this was an inexpensive product, it would not have been worth it; but knowing that it wasn't inexpensive, it DEFINITELY isn't worth it!

have used Zagg for years but Armor Edge is way better and easier to warranty
