Poor installation probably was why this product was bad. They just don’t know how to install.

I love buying these cases because they provide Lifetime warranty! I forgot about this & bought the exact same one, then eventually returned it when I remembered this fact!

I went through 3 other screen protectors before finally landing on this one. All the others failed and couldn't handle the curved screen, leaving bubbles or lifted edges. So far this one has been great.

Followed instructions in package , cleaned phone and applied cover let sit over night and looked good in the morning , 48 hours later you could see debris under the cover and within a week it fell off. Says it has warranty but I have not had time to contact manufacturer .

I'm on my 3rd screen protector already. Either the sticky stuff didnt stick or it cracked after one drop. One time it cracked and popped off after one drop. Yes, my screen hasn't cracked yet...but i would like for the screen protector to last longer then one drop.

Still learning all the new features. Moved up from Samsung 6 Edge to the 9+. Really excellent phone. The Camera is unbelievable. I'll report more after I get more familiar with all the additional fesatures.

This screen protector did not even last more then a week and a half before if fell off the phone. Had this screen protector installed by Best Buy so it was put on right and it still came off taking phone back with screen protector to explain issue to see what can be done.

The touch screen on my phone is hard to use. Im not sure if it is because of the shield.

My wife got this for her phone after being told it was great quality from Best But employees. We had to exchange it 3 times because after a day or 2 the screen protector would fall off. It was applied each time by an employee so it was put on correctly

My only issue with screen is that it gets loose along edges and makes clicking noises.

I have dropped my phone off a table several times and my screen protector cracks but not my phone screen. Best Buy replacement is the best ever and they replace the screen protector everytime.

Terrible would not stay on my phone. Return process was very frustrating! No customer wants to waste time coming back again and again and then to be treated as a nuisance when the expectation is for a product to work the first time!

Bought this to protect my Samsung S9 Plus. Put screen on as instructions stated and the glass has just kept popping off my phone. I had this product for 2 weeks and returned for a different one. They only adhesive is around the edge of the screen protector.

I have not owned this product long enough to know if it is a good product.

we usually dont have these issues and the one we got for my note 9 is working great. but this one for my hubbys 9+ will not stay on. we had the store clerk put it on and he has already gone back again to have it put back on and it has fallen off already

I have preciously bought another screen protector that fell off my phone after a few days I have dropped my phone several times since I purchased this one and it barely had a scratch.

Good product, installation was done by the store but was put on incorrectly so it came off in a few days. Make sure it’s installed correctly. Look for air bubbles.

It is easily getting rid off to my phone. Good thing it's lifetime warranty

Had a hard time fitting it with my current case. It kept on popping off.
