Plastic and does not cover edge well and does not state that on the box

I returned the product. It was not compateble with my internet

Can't hear .not loud can't hear when someone calls. Had to put on speaker to hear.

Had to replace within 2 weeks after 1st purchase due to not a great seal.,,

Home button never was able to usewhile on and it wasn't secured properly

Touch sensitivity is really poor. It does not fit the whole screen.

They pop off too easy and it is difficult to type on the screen.

So disappointed that I bought this. Phone is better without it.

The screen protector will come loose in a couple of days.

I used to hate this product as it didn't apply or adhere well due to curved screens. It seems though that Armor Edge has recently improved the case used for application and the screen can now be applied correctly and adheres well. I do break this screen protector frequently (at least once every 2 months, if not more thanks to the curved screen) however my phone's screen is still pristine so it definitely does it's job!

I love this screen protector. It really is amazing. I constantly drop my phone. If it wasn't for this screen protector I would've had to replace my phone at least on 3 different occasions. The plus side is that it is a lifetime warranty and they make the exchange within the store. If you pay the price for them to put it on your phone that is a lifetime warranty also. Can't beat it.

I like glass protectors but the curve of the phone makes it a bit odd (it doesn't completely wrap around the entire screen). Not bad just not ehat I was expecting. Will pop off with some cases, speck cases work well though

I had Model 12007 installed by the Best Buy "technician" before leaving the store with my brand new S9+. After arriving at the restaurant for dinner, I began trying to do things with my new phone. The phone wasn't "feeling" my finger tips or swipes. I then heard a clicking sound each time I pressed. Whether a design flaw or poor installation I was frustrated by the circumstances. When I removed my phone from it's OtterBox Defender, the screen protector fell off! Apparently nothing was holding it to my phone other than the OtterBox. I find this to be completely unacceptable. I will be returning it today. I also will be purchasing the Zagg InvisibleShield Glass Curve Elite Screen Protector. My wife has had a Zagg on her phone since March 2018 with zero issues. I will do the install myself. I'm not going to trust Best Buy's "technician" again.

I've broken screens on old phones so I really wanted a good screen protector that was under warranty. The consultant I worked with recommended this one. I'm very disappointed with this product. First, it isn't wide enough and covers some of your screen with a black bezel. I didn't buy a phone with a large screen to have some of it covered. Second, there is a significant drop off in touch sensitivity with this product installed. This may be due to installation (done by the best buy "expert," not me). Third, it didn't fit with my otterbox case. It is pointless to buy an expensive screen protector and not pair it with a nice, protective case. Overall I'm very disappointed and will be returning this product.
