I purchased this screen protector for my new galaxy s9+ with the Otterbox Defender case and it came off within 2 days of being applied. The bottom and top edges of the screen protector seem to hit the edge of the case keeping it from adhering completely.

I bought my new screen protector but was not sure if it would be fine with my otterbox case. It fits just fine with my otterbox case and I have better protection for my phone.

If you break the glass you can go to best buy and have them replace it in store. It's an unbreakable deal!

Does not fit w/otter box. No resistant to smudges. Need to be fingerprint/smudge resistant. I am constantly cleaning, I guess that is why they provide a cloth!

Manufacturer needs to address problem addressed by many other reviewers before me - the screen literally falls off. Installed it, the next day I fumbled the phone onto bed side table, and the screen popped off. Read the other reviews, this is a common occurrence. I have also noticed the screen is so overly thick it's hard to type. Probably didn't need to go quite this thick for daily use by normal people, ie, no risk of heavy objects hitting the phone.

This screen protector is absoute junk! It fell off within the first few days I had it. I contacted the company and was told I can take it back to Best Buy and get a replacement. Why would I want another one if the first one didn't work? I had it put back on and just recently found it in my purse, so who knows how long ago it fell off again. Terrible. Negative stars for this piece of junk and the company's policy with replacement only!!

I put this case on. The top of it kept clicking as it didn't fit correctly. It takes away from the touch sensitivity tremendously. Once I put my otterbox commuter case on. Forget it. It was raised from the glass. No point. I was able to pop right off without even taking my case off. I'll be returning.

Bad quality product, I have change the protector three times and in two of them I had problems with the touch sensor. Also doesn´t seal weel on the sides an the dust gets in. I preffer a protector without the lifetime replacement than this product.

Screen protector was fine for a few days but now it will often make a clicking sound when I touch the screen/use the phone. Threw away the packaging so I cannot return.

Horrible purchase. $40 for something that doesn't stick and it literally moves and and screen is not responsive
