Bought this for my wife's phone. It's a good thing that I did not a week later she dropped her phone and smashed the screen protector. The screen is OK. So it did it's job. Now it's time to test out the lifetime warranty.

I bought this screen protector to keep my phone screen intact. The phone screen is cracked. I want yo put off buying a new phone until the s11 comes out. So I keep a protective shield on the phone to keep it together.

Did last aslong as others in the past was a little hard to get properly aligned and cracked after a month

Boy did this come in handy when she dropped her phone on the pavement. Cracked the armor edge only. On our next trip to Best Buy she had it relaxed for free because of our membership. In my opinion it's better than the liquid protection.

Doesn't adhere as well as it should. This is my first S9+ and with the slight curve to the screen there seems to be less contact in some places. 2 drops of water fell on the phone, ran to the side, and went under the protector. I had to remove the protector, clean the phone, and reattach it. Seemed odd that this would happen and never occurred with my previous phones with protectors.

This does not have full screen adhesive, so it lasted about an hour. I put it on follwoing the instructions closely, but it came off an hour later. It was just sitting on my couch and the slightest move pushed it off. Don't waste your time or money.

I just purchased the new Galaxy S9 and wanted to make sure I had full protection of my screen. I did not hesitate to buy the screen protector as I wanted full protection from scratches or anything else that would damage the screen. Love it!

We purchased this screen protector when we bought new phones. The store associate put the protector on which was wonderful! I like that they will replace them if they crack, which it did when I dropped the phone. No questions asked!

Installation was the best I've used. The tray system to hold the phone and apply the screen protector was easy. No bubbles. The only thing I've noticed is it's a little more difficult to get the top phone menu to slide down and it occasionally makes a faint clicking noise when used.

Would never think about leaving the store without first putting one of these on my new phone first. I can’t remember how many times these have saved my screens from getting scratched or cracked.

Since having the armor edge screen protector, I have had several close calls...but no damage to my screen. I would’ve been replacing older phones by now but can’t say enough for the peace of mind I have knowing my screen is covered.

This is a great screen protector. It has successfully protected my phone twice. I would highly recommend. Note: this can't be used with a otter box case. it will pop off if you put it in the case.

Was a little hard to install. Best to have the Geek Squad install. Once installed, is great.

I wish I'd known this screen was incompatible with my otter case when the salesman sold me all my accessories. Popped off within a week. The friendly staff replaced it, but it popped off a weeks later. The staff said they couldn't get me a different one, they could only keep replacing the same product. I wish they were empowered to know which products worked well with each other, I would have happily bought a different screen

protects the screen but not worth the cost, next time i need a screen protector ill just get a cheaper one

Even after carefully following the instructions, the screen protector came off on the first instance it was dropped. Did it do it's job? Well, sure. The screen didn't break. But the protector came off and did not have the adhesive left to apply it again. Also, it caused many issues with being able to use the touch screen interface. You really have to over-exaggerate your touches to get the keyboard to work. It's just too thick, and with the technology available to us we should be able to create a screen protector that's much thinner with better adhesive.

I replaced the screen protector on my phone and the following week it broke again. I just returned to the store and it was replaced for free. This has a lifetime warranty and can be replaced in the store.

The screen protector does protect the screen, but it keeps falling off. I had Best Buy install it on my phone, so I can't blame user error. When I put it back on, there is still enough of a gap between it and the screen that I have to press hard to get it to register my finger.

This is the first glass screen protector I've had, I like it a lot, smooth and easy to clean, the nice thing is that it has a lifetime warranty at best buy, which makes it easy to replace compare to other brands

So far so good, glass has not broken as of yet. Glass screen is clear with no scratches. No chips. First tempered glass broke within hours and tmobile wanted be to use the vendor for replacement. This one Best buy replaces 4 you if it breaks. It's a plus.
