Needed screen protector for my note 9 and bought this one because it was guaranteed. It worked great. Dropped my phone and it broke the cover but protected the glass . They replaced the screen saver with another without question. Only problem had to send away for replacement.

Screen protector seemed to fit great, super easy installation, no bubbles, etc. Problem - keeps falling off and has now cracked after less than a week of use. NOT USER ERROR as we also purchased one for my sons S9 a week prior and he has had exactly the same issue. There seems to be an issue with it staying put. I will be returning both of these to the store and purchasing the tried and true Zagg version for both phones.

Best buy installed for a fee. Seems to protect the screen as expected.

The screen protector fits well. I'm not willing to drop/scratch my phone to see how well it functions though! The biggest shout-out goes to the Geek Squad'er who installed it for me - it's on straight, the edges are firmly adhered and there's no dust or debris beneath the protector.

The screen protector started slipping off the screen when i would have it in my pockets. I had it installed at the store so it wasn't my fault if it was put on wrong. While i had it on the phone, i had to tap harder on the screen sometimes for it to register that i tapped it. About 3 weeks after i bought it, i dropped my phone and it cracked the protector so i threw it away. I was disappointed on how easily it cracked. It wasn't cheap either.

My Note 9 took a pretty good fall and the protective glass developed a crack...but my phone was saved; no cracks. I had a protective glass cover on my old phone (Note 8) and when it dropped, it cracked the glass and the phone. The Armor Edge did what it was supposed to do and protected my phone.

I had previously got the best buy brand when I purchased the phone. It came with a lifetime guarantee. The product to replace no longer exists, so best buy refunded my money and I got another brand. Excellent product.

So I REALLY want to love this glass.. and I almost fully do. The problem is that the glass is not meant to curve over the edges of the phone, so it sits on the front of the screen. Now I know what you're thinking... "well isnt that what screen protectors are supposed to do?" And the answer is yes.. but because it sits on the front and does not hug the sides, it also makes you have to press hard on the screen when typing text messages or browsing the internet. Which is extremely annoying. So it's a good idea, but not the best execution.
