Had the CSR put it on - no bubbles and can see the screen perfectly. Thought it wouldn't be as good as tempered glass but it is!

I love the lifetime warranty, if the screen protector broke, they changed in Best buy and they not charged is free installation

Bought this to protect my daughter's new Note9 and she loves it! The Geek squad even put it on for us which was extremely helpful.

I bought this one because it was a cheaper than Zagg but it turns out I think I made a mistake. The method of install is more cumbersome than Zagg as well. My screen was perfectly clean but apparently some dust got stuck on the screen protector as I was installing it. Now it looks like it's always dirty

It's okay. I had to get a replacement and it was a hassle. None of the bestbuy employee knew about this lifetime warranty. Other than than the screen protector is alright.

Great protective screen glass. This (unlike similar ones) screen cover has a great warranty that you get a replacement in store.

I am really glad we have the lifetime warranty. My daughter did drop her phone thankfully on carpet, but It just popped off. She already needs another one. I was on the phone and it slid right off. I had a protector on a different phone and had the same one for almost 2 yrs with no issues.

No Bubbles, fits ok, despite going on slightly askew due to the application instructions asking you to slap it together with the plastic container it comes in.

Didnt realize you had unlimited replacements. I've always just bought a brand new one for 40-50$. Installed for me

I get all my upgrades at bestbuy now. All around easier transaction compared to going to provider. Prices are always better and easy to trade in old phones as well.

Bought 2 of these and before we could get the second one on the other phone, the first fell off on the floor. It has sticky stuff on edges and as soon as it came off, it got fuzz on the edges and wouldn't go back on. Lasted about an hour.

I purchased this for my Notes 9. Loved how it looked. Doesn’t stay closed, but may be due to the protective screen on phone. Dropped my phone out of my lap getting out of car. I automatically opened and the glass shell shattered on the screen. Doesn’t offer much protection although impressive looking.

Only problem I had was that the glue that is used to attach the screen protector inadvertently sqeezed out and covered the speaker at the top of the phone screen. For some time I didn't realize what was causing a big reduction in sound quality everytime I made or received a phone call using the ear speaker. Initially I thought it was a defect in the phone or software. But using a dental pick to carefully scrape out the glue solved the problem.

I am very pleased with the protection this screen provides. I no longer have to worry about replacing flimsy plastic sheets.

This is the best screen protector I have purchased. Dropped my Note 9 numerous times and never damaged in any way.

The glass screen protector has been doing a excellent job of protecting the screen, but reduces the sensitivity of the touch screen a lot. If you usually use a light or very quick touch on your device this will frustrate you a lot.
