Has a great camera but my battery is starting to suck

I like the feel and look. Helps the phone and holds up

Not the quality i expect for. A couple of months later it broke beacuse my phone fell down, know i went to ask for the warranty and they dont have any product to supply for and i had to contact direct with thw company and have no answers from them, is like the company doesnt exists. I have send a lot of emails and no answer. I would not trust in the warranty they offer.

My son broke first one some how and warranty process sucks had to buy a new one for his phone I would not recommend not a great product!

The screen protector is very secure and does its job. During the first week or 2, using your touchscreen will be slightly challenging as the protector is fairly thick but after a while, there's no problem using touchscreen with your stylus.

Could be better it gets alot of dirt around the edges I've only had this about a week and already am regretting spending the money

This is a decent screen protector but it is easy to break. I am on my 3rd one. However, best buy will replace it everytime it cracks.

It seems no curved screen protector work well with the curved phones. I had to press extra hard to navigate apps and functions.

Phones with a curved edge can be difficult to find a protector that doesn't fit poorly leading to "dead spots" where the touch screen doesn't work. Fits well with no dead spots noted. Have tried this brand for the Galaxy9 and fits well as well.

Even though my wife has never had a cracked smartphone screen, I believe it's because she has always insisted on a screen protector. She hasn't dropped it yet so I have no idea how well it protects. Does save the screen from scratches though.

Poor design for the money. It doesn't touch the screen of your phone. It is barely attached by adhesion along edges of protector. I even paid for Best Buy Associate to install it. When an edge of the protector got snagged on my coat, the thing popped half way off and cracked straight down the middle the day after purchase and install.

I just recently switched to this screen protector because I am able to have it replaced right at the store - no more making claims on the website, waiting for the mail and being charged 1/5th of the original purchase price each time!

Kept falling off doesn't work well with some cases. Went with zigzag which is cheaper and more durable

This was easy to install and the quality seems good. I've only had it for a couple of weeks though. The nice thing about this one is that Best Buy guarantees it. Nothing to send in... Just get it replaced at Best Buy if it breaks.

Constant air bubbles and moisture under screen protector. Wouldn't stick to my phone after having to pull it up to release air bubbles and moisture out from under it. The sticky tape came off right away. After putting it on, even with the recommended touch sensitivity setting on I had to hard press the screen to get it to work.

The low rating probably has more to do with the beveled edge of the Note 9 than with the screen protector itself. There's not much adhesive area. I think this is the 3rd screen protector I've had for this phone and this one lasted just 2-3 weeks before it popped off. So, when I can make a trip back to the store, I'll be ordering another replacement.

I bought two Note 9's for Christmas and was interested in this product for the face that it could be replaced in store if it were to crack, fall off, etc. The thought is more convenient then having to file a claim with the manufacturer and go that route. HOWEVER this product is not only a waste of money, but time as well. Withing the first week ( one only lasted three days) both screen protectors came off. Went to my local BestBuy to replace them the next day and they were out of stock. They were helpful and put two on order immediately for me to pick up in 3 days. Upon picking them up they were placed back on both phones. Less than a week later,the both come off within 24 hours of one another. And the store is out of stock yet again. Do not waste your time with this product. I would rather try a gas station screen protector then give this one another shot.

Best buy did a great job! I drove up best buy's employee quickly helped moved me forward to the next person. Parked my car and my item was delivered to me. Clean and on my way in under 5 minutes.

There was only 1 screen protector which fell off for twice the price of amazon
