Over all the product is not all that good. If you drop your phone the pops off and will not stick back on.

Easy to apply and looked good but got a stress crack after a few weeks

I like the warranty that it offers but the quality is not what I expected.

Protects better than other screen protectors, the fit could be better

Had to replace for the second time. They fall off very easily. Hope this ones lasts longer.

We recently got married and are currently combining our Bill's. So we started with cell phones. I pre order the s10 but my wife got a note 9 and she loves it. Great for her art and managing her day to day life.

Working good so far. My wife's popped off her phone. Dont like the way it catches dust around the edges

Good screen protector but does crack easily. Would like to see a better quality product.

I have had 4 of these in 6 months. They come off even laying your phone down. When I expressed that I was unhappy with it and asked to speak with management, all I got was," You'll have to get the same thing". One time they were out of them and had to wait. Don't waste your money. It is junk. Best Buy: this is not the way to keep customers happy. If it is an inferior product, hear them out and offer a solution fair for both parties. Loyal customers don't appreciate being taken advantage of, lied to, or basically blown-off. I'm sure a comprise could have been met. Back to the product, they have installed them, and I have also. Same result!! They are junk. My phone does NOT take a lot of abuse. These things just pop off and you have to go thru the whole spill of going back to get another. Got it in December, had 4 in less than 6 months and no customer satisfaction from Best Buy. Don't let a junk $40 screen protector cost you loyal customers I give it zero stars if it would let me!!!

Already has a small crack in the protector and really have not done nothing to get in that I know of

I couldn't get this screen protector to adhere completely to the screen so I was having to hard press in some areas just to get it to work. I turned up the screen sensitivity and it still wasn't working well. When I pulled this off, it was only adhered on the edges. I went right back to my ZAGG.

Already falling off of phone screen, have to keep re setting it.

Popped off both phones within the first week and will not stay on.

Was not to happy about spending 40$ on a screen protector, but when they said lifetime warranty and already dropped my phone and cracked the protector. Bestbuy replaced the screen no questions asked

Difficult to press on screen buttons. Dragging is impossible. Warranty and price make it a good deal.

Great so far! I've had problems with other screen savers coming off due to the edge on the note. I'm constantly on the run so it's nice not to have to worry the screen saver will pop off randomly.

Love the phone, but the S pen is lacking. The S pen fell out without knowledge and was lost. To find out this happens quite often and also breaks easily. Had to purchase a new one at almost $40.

It was very easy to apply. It made some of the edge functions not as easy to use

i have been a note user for a long time and the note 9 is a great phone. i have had the note 3 and the note 5. both previous phones worked flawlessly, and so far my note 9 is doing fantastic.

The cover is overall good. But I’ve noticed that it leaves smudge marks quite often.
